The flat has one bedroom furnished with a TV set (with Astra satellite connection which grants you BBC World, CNN, CNBC and many other foreign channels), a cupboard and a writing table. Most recently a broadband Wifi access to the internet was made available for laptop users. The bathroom is modern and it has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, hotplates, a mini-oven, a fridge and an extensive range of cooking utensils. This kitchen has a view on an apple tree.
 


 

 

You will be able to use a washing machine free of charge.

You will also benefit from a courteous access to this swimming pool (which is shared) four hours every day (see Contract).
